{"id":14590,"date":"2025-11-17T12:31:11","date_gmt":"2025-11-17T12:31:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aeplima.pt\/aeplima\/?p=14590"},"modified":"2025-11-17T12:31:15","modified_gmt":"2025-11-17T12:31:15","slug":"hospital-das-emocoes-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aeplima.pt\/aeplima\/2025\/11\/17\/hospital-das-emocoes-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Hospital das Emo\u00e7\u00f5es"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Para assinalar o&nbsp;<strong>Dia Mundial da Sa\u00fade Mental<\/strong>, celebrado a&nbsp;<strong>10 de outubro<\/strong>, o&nbsp;<strong>Servi\u00e7o de Psicologia e Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o (SPO)<\/strong>&nbsp;promoveu uma atividade muito especial com os alunos do&nbsp;<strong>1.\u00ba e 2.\u00ba anos<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 o &#8220;<strong>Hospital das Emo\u00e7\u00f5es&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O principal objetivo desta iniciativa foi&nbsp;<strong>ajudar as crian\u00e7as a reconhecer e compreender as suas emo\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, ao mesmo tempo que se promove o&nbsp;<strong>bem-estar e a sa\u00fade psicoemocional<\/strong>, atrav\u00e9s de&nbsp;<strong>jogos, brincadeiras e propostas de atividades para realizar em fam\u00edlia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante esta \u201cconsulta emocional\u201d, os alunos passaram por tr\u00eas salas:&nbsp;<strong>Diagn\u00f3stico<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Tratamento<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>Cirurgia<\/strong>.
